For the purpose of creating a feasibility report for the Aerospace Industrial Park at Sulur near Coimbatore, the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) is seeking consultants.
According to reports, TIDCO has chosen a 200-acre land tract in Sulur, Coimbatore, for this project.
Four villages make up the entire parcel of land: Appannaikenpatty, Kadambadi, Kangayampalayam in Coimbatore, and Paruvai in Tiruppur.
The RFP from TIDCO stated that the chosen consultant will examine the chosen site and its surroundings.
The consultant shall develop profile of site, including physical area, location, approach, connectivity and demographic and socio-economic profile of surrounding areas. The selected consultant will have to undertake necessary surveys to prepare an Environment Impact Assessment Report (EIA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA), it said.
