Sterling and Wilson secures three rural electrification orders worth Rs 1,080 crore

Sterling and Wilson Pvt Ltd has secured three rural electrification orders worth Rs 1,080 crore.

Two orders come from South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL) in Nalanda (also includes districts in Nawada), Gaya, and Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. (CSPDCL) in Rajnandgaon district, Chhattisgarh.

Thousands of people’s lives will be impacted by the initiatives, which are designed to enhance the distribution infrastructure at the electric supply circle.

These turnkey projects were awarded using the distribution sector’s newly revised reform-based and results-linked methodology.
