SRF’s board of directors has approved capex plans totaling Rs 676 crore across three greenfield projects.
According to the approved investment plans, SRF will invest Rs 425 crore to build an aluminium foil production facility in Jaitapur, Madhya Pradesh’s Indore district. The project is projected to take twenty months to complete.
The board of directors has approved the construction of a new pharma intermediates plant at the company’s chemical complex in Dahej, Gujarat, at a cost of Rs 190 crore, in order to expand the company’s pharma manufacturing capability and take advantage of new and emerging business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
