Smartr Logistics, a trademark of Smart Express Private Limited and based in Mumbai, has a big expansion strategy for 2022.
By the end of December 2022, the firm expects to more than double its presence to 100 cities with 150 smart service centres and onboard 1500 full-time employees. Many of these employees will be eligible for attractive ESOP plans, which are not common in the logistics business.
Smartr Logistics, a new-age logistics start-up that provides time-sensitive door-to-door solutions, launched operations in October 2021 and expanded operations to 45 locations with 65+ service centres within 100 days after obtaining initial funding.
