In the presence of Mr. Sailesh Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director of Smartchem Technologies Limited, and Mr. Dibya Shankar Mishra, Minister of Energy; Industries; Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, the Honourable Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Naveen Patnaiklaid officially the foundation of the project.
