According to a CPWD official, six infrastructure firms have filed technical bids for the development of an executive enclave that will house the prime minister’s office (PMO), Cabinet secretariat, India House, and National Security Council Secretariat.
Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Limited, NCC Limited, PSP Projects Limited, and Ahluwalia Contracts India Limited are the other four companies.
The documentation filed by these six construction businesses are being reviewed for their eligibility to participate in the financial bids, according to the official.
