Servotech Power Systems Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-end solar products, LEDs, Oxygen Concentrators, and EV Charging equipment, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Smart Power India, a subsidiary of the Rockefeller Foundation, a New York-based American private foundation that works around the world to promote humanity’s well-being.
The MoU’s goal is to educate and inspire rural populations in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, and Jharkhand to embrace and accept solar-powered solutions in order to provide constant electrification and access.
A collaborative partnership has been formalised to raise awareness for the utilisation and benefits of solar energy for electrification and well-being, which strongly correlates to economic development, welfare, and reduction of poverty in rural areas due to a lack of access to electricity and quality and reliable electrification solutions, as an expression of agreement and understanding for existential health risks, lack of developmental opportunities, and prevailing poverty crisis in rural areas due to a lack of access to electricity and quality and reliable electrification solutions.
