POWERGRID Khetri Transmission System has completed the commissioning of a transmission system for LTA purposes in Rajasthan SEZ Part-C.
The transmission project includes a 765/400 kV substation at Khetri, as well as two x 1500 MVA bus reactors at 765 kV (two x 240 MVAR) and 400 kV (one x 125 MVAR).
On 4 October 2021, POWERGRID Khetri Transmission System, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Power Grid Corporation of India, commissioned and put into commercial operation the project won via the TBCB route on a build, own, operate, and maintain basis (PGCIL).
