Quess Corp Ltd and Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd would invest Rs 300 crore at the Kannigapuram campus of Christian Medical College in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, to establish a paediatric specialist centre.
In a regulatory statement, Quess Corp and Fairfax Financial Holdings said that they had inked a deal with Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore to establish the centre, which would have 350 beds and cover a variety of paediatric specialties.
The planned institution, known as the ‘CMC Vellore Paediatric Specialty Centre,’ will provide premier state-of-the-art paediatric medical and surgical services, as well as teaching, training, and research, according to the proposal.
