A Puducherry government venture, Puducherry Smart City Development Limited (PSCDL), has suggested launching a series of development projects in the town at a cost of Rs 300 crore.
The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) (India) Limited has been suggested by the quasi-government body to be awarded the projects.
In the presence of chief minister N. Rangasamy, chief secretary Rajeev Varma, PSCDL chief executive officer T. Arun, and NBCC chief general manager PS Rao, among others, the agency inked a memorandum of understanding with the New Delhi-based corporation.
