PNC Infratech Limited announced the signing of a concession agreement between the National Highways Authority of India and Akkalkot Highways Private Limited, the Company’s Special Purpose Vehicle, for the implementation of the following Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project: “Construction of 6 Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway from km 26.000 to 97.000, from Badadal (MH/KN Border) to Maradgi S Andola of NH-150C (Package-II) on Hybrid Annuity Mode, under Bharatmala Pariyojna in Karnataka.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1575 crore, with a length of 71 kilometres.
Following the proclamation of the designated date, the project will be built in 30 months and operated for 15 years.
