Oil India Ltd, the country’s second-largest national oil and gas exploration, announced that it has inked an initial agreement to collaborate in the green hydrogen value chain with homiHydrogen.
According to a company statement, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with homiHydrogen Pvt Ltd is intended to “boost India’s efforts towards energy transition for achieving net-zero by 2070 and support development of indigenous technology and manufacturing in the field of hydrogen and green energy technology under Atmanirbhar Bharat.”
homiHydrogen is a joint venture founded by electrolyser professionals from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Norway with the goal of producing all four types of electrolysers under one roof.
Well-known firms like as h2e Power Systems Pvt Ltd, Bluebasic Ama Engineering Pvt Ltd, and Greenstat Hydrogen are promoting it.
