Naveen Patnaik, the chief minister of Odisha, opened 259 construction projects worth Rs. 4,703 crore in the Keonjhar District.
CM Patnaik also opened the Dharanidhar Medical College and Hospital in addition to these.
Speaking to the crowd, the chief minister stated, “In the district, 14,372 Mission Shakti organisations have helped 1,60 lakh women become self-sufficient. The government has given them a 378 crore rupee interest-free loan.
The Chief Minister said that Mission Shakti’s women have improved the state’s reputation and that he wants to help them become entrepreneurs at the time.
