NTPC Limited announced that the 74.88 megawatt capacity (MW) of its 296 megawatt Fatehgarh solar project in Rajasthan has commenced commercial operations.
The commercial capacity of NTPC and the NTPC Group would now be 54,452.18 MW and 67,907.18 MW, respectively, according to the power giant.
“With effect from 00:00 hours of 05.03.2022, the third component capacity of 74.88 MW of the 296 MW Fatehgarh Solar PV Project in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan has been declared on commercial operation,” it stated.
