At a part of the Amritsar-Bhatinda-Jamnagar Expressway that runs through Rajasthan, the National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) and Jodhpur Discom have inked a contract to build 11 solar power plants at six different locations. According to a statement, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a meeting on Wednesday that was presided over by the chief secretary, Usha Sharma. In accordance with this, six locations totaling 11 solar power plants will be built on the Amritsar-Bhatinda-Jamnagar Expressway in the state’s three districts of Hanumangarh, Bikaner, and Jodhpur.
