Modi Naturals’ New Ethanol Plant
Modi Naturals is planning to take up new ethanol plant in Chhattisgarh. The project involves establish an ethanol plant with capacity 210 KLD with the first phase of 110 KLD being completed within a year. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2500 million. The project will be funded with a combination of internal accruals and debt for which the company has already received the in-principle approval from its banks. The company has already purchased land for the project and is in the process of ordering plant and machinery, and aims to commission the plant in the 3rd quarter of the next financial year FY 22-23. As of December 2021, company received an in-principle approval from the Central Government, along with signing an MOU with the Chhattisgarh Government for the same.
PTCL Infrastructure’s Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant Expansion Project
PTCL Infrastructure is planning to take up new iron ore beneficiation plant in Barbil, Keonjhar, Odisha. The project involves expanding the iron ore beneficiation plant from 1.5 MTPA to 2.5 MTPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1200 million. As of December 2021, company got approval from SLSWCA.
