Sterling Distillers’ New Grain Based Distillery Unit
Sterling Distillers is planning to take up New grain based distillery unit in Village: Belari, Ausgram-1, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. The project involves setting up a new grain distillery of capacity 150 kilo liter per day on ethanol basis along with 3.2 MW power plant with zero discharge. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1779.3 million. As of September 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
CVR Life sciences’ New Research and Development Unit
CVR Life sciences is planning to take up a New research and development unit in IKP Knowledge Park, Turkapally, Shameerpet Taluk, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana. The project involves setup research and development unit on API synthesis and API sample testing (analytical). The project is estimated to cost Rs.340 million. As of September 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
