Renuka Enterprises’ New 3 Star Deluxe Hotel And Resort Unit
Renuka Enterprises is planning to take up a new 3 star deluxe hotel and resort unit in Narasapura Industrial Area, Kolar, Karnataka. The project involves construction of 3 star deluxe hotel and resort with 0.5 acres of land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.160 million. As of November 2022, the company has entered into state government for land allotment process.
S3V Vascular Technologies’ New Medical Devices Mfg. Project
S3V Vascular Technologies is planning to take up a new medical devices manufacturing project in Immavu Industrial Area, Mysore, Karnataka. The project involves manufacturing and assembly unit of medical devices with 8.81 acres of land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.479.1 million. As of November 2022, Karnataka’s State Level Single Window Clearance Committee has approved the investment proposal.
