implementation of the project is on EPC basis. As of September 2021, Currently this project is under development stage and the Tender Published.The project is implemented by Tata Consulting Engineers Limited – PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited.
Tech Mahindra’s New Special Economic Zone
Tech Mahindra is planning to take up New special economic zone in Bahadurpally, Qutubullapur Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri, Telangana. The project involves develop 6.28 Hectares of land for commercial use as an SEZ. The project is envisaged to provide SEZ IT Building, Cafeteria, Maintenance and electrical (M&E) Block. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.4800 million. As of September 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway
