Nagar Nigam Kotdwar’s New Solid Waste Management and Disposal Facility
Nagar Nigam Kotdwar is planning to take up new solid waste management and disposal facility in Kanchan Puri, Haldukhatta, Malankham, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The project involves development of Solid Waste Management and Disposal Facility Compost Plant – 43.2 43 TPD [Planned for a design period of 20 years] Landfill capacity – 11,800 MT [As per present availability of land, now planned for a design period of 5 years]. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.152.16 million. As of March 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Sree Jayajothi Cements’ New Gorlagutta Limestone Block
Sree Jayajothi Cements is planning to take up new Gorlagutta limestone block in Gorlagutta Village, Betamcherla Mandal, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves Gorlagutta Limestone Block over an area of 181.03 Ha (Auction Block) is Patta land (6.47 Ha) and Govt land (174.56 Ha). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.30 million. As of March 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
