Bhatia Energy & Minerals’ Greenfield Integrated Steel Plant
Bhatia Energy & Minerals is planning to take up Greenfield integrated steel plant in Rajghatta Village, Kharsia Tehsil, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The project involves setting up of greenfield integrated steel plant with iron ore beneficiation plant of 3.0 MTPA, Sponge iron plant of 0.6 MTPA, Iron ore pelletisation plant of 1.6 MTPA, Induction furnace/SMS of 0.38 MTPA, Rolling mill of 0.38 MTPA, Oxygen plant of 100 TPD, Ferro alloys plant of 2X9 MVA (0.066 MTPA) and captive power plant of 72 MW (WHRB- 48 MW & FBC- 24 MW). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.11000 million. As of October 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Jeevaka Industries’ Waste Heat Recovery Boiler Installation Project
Jeevaka Industries is planning to take up a Waste heat recovery boiler installation project in Nasthipur Village, Harnoora Taluk, Sangaredy, Telangana. The project involves setting up of waste heat recovery boiler of capacity 6 MW in existing sponge iron (3×100 TPD) plant. The project is estimated to cost Rs.75.683 million. As of October 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
