Linde India’s New Merchant Air Separation Unit
Linde India is planning to take up new merchant air separation unit in New Industrial Park, Hero Hitech Cycle Valley, Ludhiana, Punjab. The project involves setting up merchant air separation unit with capacity 264 tonnes per day. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1521 million. As of January 2022, board has approved a capital expenditure for the project.
CPCBL Steels and Power’s New Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant
CPCBL Steels and Power is planning to take up new iron ore beneficiation plant in Newra, Mouza : Takhatpur, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The project involves installation of iron ore beneficiation plant (2×1 MTPA), pelletization plant (2×0.6 MTPA), sponge iron plant (2X350 TPD DRI Kilns), induction furnaces (3X20 T) with matching LRF & CCM, strip rolling mill (0.2 MTPA), ERW pipe manufacturing unit (0.15 MTPA), pipe galvanizing unit (0.15 MTPA) along with 40 MW Capacity (16 MW WHRB based + 24 MW CFBC based) Captive Power Plant. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.6290 million. As of January 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
