P.D Enterprises’ New Warehouse Project
P.D Enterprises is planning to take up new warehouse project in Behrampur, Gurugram, Haryana. The project involves setting up the total plot area for proposed Warehouse is 3.69 Acres /17,908 Sq.mt. net plot area 14,973.36 m2 and built up area for the same comes out to be 22354.417m2. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.150 million. As of April 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Pinnacle Industries’ Motor Vehicle Parts Mfg. Expansion Project
Pinnacle Industries is planning to take up a motor vehicle parts manufacturing expansion project in Industrial Area, Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of motor vehicle parts 23.5 Lakhs Nos/Y, sheet metal parts 5 lakhs Nos/Y, automobile components, Etc. The project is estimated to cost Rs.1150 million. As of April 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
