Spirit Infratech’s New Hotel Project
Spirit Infratech is planning to take up new hotel project in Sachander, Amritsar, Punjab. The project involves construction of hotel with total plot area of the project is 3.676 acres (14876.128 sqm). Built up area is 33764.572 sqm. There were 2no. basements, ground floor and thereafter twelve storeys. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.258.6 million. As of April 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Supreme Surfactants’ Synthetic Organic Chemical Mfg. Expansion Unit
Supreme Surfactants is planning to take up synthetic organic chemical manufacturing expansion unit in GIDC Vilayat, Taluka: Vagra, Bharuch, Gujarat. The project involves expanding the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing unit by adding 4 new products with capacity 2000 MT/M. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.61.632 million. As of April 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
