Ashoka Buildcon is planning to take up Memmadpur – Banur Corridor Development Project in Punjab. The project involves development of Memmadpur (Ambala) – Banur (IT City Chowk) Kharar (Chandigarh) Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana – Package-II – 6 laning of IT City Chowk to Kurali
Chandigarh Road (Design length: 31.23 Km) in the state of Punjab on EPC mode. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.7260 million. As of June 2021,
environment clearance for the project is underway.
Tata Steel Long Products’ Iron Ore Transportation Project
Tata Steel Long Products is planning to take up a iron ore transportation project in Bileipada, Keonjhar, Odisha. The project involves storing and
transportation of iron ore with capacity 2430000 MT/A by utilizing the existing infrastructure of Murga Mahadev Road Railway station. As of June 2021,
the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
