ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India’s Cold Rolling Complex Regularization Expansion Project
ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India is planning to take up cold rolling complex expansion project in Sanaswadi, Pune- Nagar Road Tal. Shirur, District Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves regularization of cold rolled sheets/ coilsets 0.55 MTPA, colour coated / coils 0.50 MTPA, pickled sheets /coils 0.48 MTPA, galvanized sheets/ coils 0.48 MTPA.. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5499.2 million. As of August 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Calcom Cement India’ New Electric Power Generation Unit
Calcom Cement India is planning to take up in new electric power generation unit in Nagaon, Assam. The project involves establishment of electric power generation using solar energy unit with the capacity of 24 Mega Watts. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on May 2022. As of August 2022, the project is in planning stage.
