Kasturi Foundry’s CI and SG Casting Mfg. Expantion Project
Kasturi Foundry is planning to take up new CI and SG Casting (ferrous & non ferrous) manufacturing expantion unit in Kagal Hatkanagle Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The project involves setting up a manufacturing expantion unit of 28000 MT/A to 96000 MT/A. CI and SG Casting with capacity total existing plot area of the project is 120475.00 Sq.M. & existing Built-Up area is 49022.71 sqm. The proposed built up area is 11114.60 Sq.m. Thus, the total built up area after proposed expansion will be 60137.31 sq.m. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2550 million. As of June 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Wolkem India’s New Ground Calcium Corbonate Mfg. Project
Wolkem India is planning to take up a new ground calcium corbonate manuafacturing project in Chandan Valley, Shabad, Rangareddy, Telangana. The project involves manuafacturing of ground calcium corbonate with capacity 62000 TPA. The project is estimated to cost Rs.240 million. As of June 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
