Grainfuel Distilleries’ New Grain Based Ethanol Plant
Grainfuel Distilleries is planning to take up new grain based ethanol plant in Baroda, Matar, Kheda, Gujarat. The project involves establishment of 250 KLPD Grain Based Ethanol Plant along with 7.0 MW Co-generation Power Plant. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1700 million. As of March 2022, the project has been given final environmental clearance by ministry of Environment and forest.
Hindustan Unilever’s Horlicks and its Variants Mfg. Expansion Project
Hindustan Unilever is planning to take up a horlicks and its variants manufacturing expansion project in Industrial Estate, Dowlaiswaram, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves expanding the manufacturing capacity of Horlicks and its Variants (from 50,000 TPA to 75,000 TPA). The project is estimated to cost Rs.270 million. As of March 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
