AIMCO Pesticides’ Technical Grade Pesticides Expansion Project
AIMCO Pesticides is planning to take up technical grade pesticides expansion project in MIDC Lote Parshuram, Tal. Khed, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The project involves expanding the technical grade pesticides & pesticides intermediates manufacturing plant with capacity 15991 TPA (7550 TPA Technical Pesticides, 1441 TPA Hydrochloric Acid and 7000 TPA Pesticide Formulation Products). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.100 million. As of January 2023, project involves expansion of technical grade pesticides and pesticide intermediates manufacturing plant of production capacity from 14,360 tons per annum to 21,451 tons per annum with investment Rs.246.6 Million. The ministry of environment, forest and climate change has granted environmental clearance to the project.
Assam Mineral Development Corporation’s New Umrangshu Limestone Mining Project
Assam Mineral Development Corporation is planning to take up new Umrangshu limestone mine in Silonijan, Dima Hasao, Assam. The project involves development of Umrangshu limestone mine with area of 430 Hectare. The company start the construction activity on June 2023 and end November 2027. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.130 million. As of January 2023, environment clearance for the project is underway.
