Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s Berth Up gradation Project
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone is planning to take up berth up gradation project in Kolkata, West Bengal. The project involves upgrading a berth number-2 at Haldia Dock Complex at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port (SMP), Kolkata, the only riverine port in the country. The project will have a capacity to handle over 3.74 million tonnes annually. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2980 million. On February 2022, company has received a letter of award. As of September 2022, project involves mechanization and up gradation of Haldia Bulk Terminal provides us the opportunity to firmly establish APSEZ‘s footprint in Bengal.
Balaji Amines’ New Methyl Amine Mfg. Plant
Balaji Amines (Unit -IV) is planning to take up new methyl amine manufacturing plant in Maharashtra. The project involves started construction in phase 2 of the project in two plants for manufacture of methyl amine and dimethylamine hydrochloride. As of September 2022, company received environment clearance for the project in advance.
