Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s New Greenfield Port
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone is planning to take up new greenfield port in Tajpur, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal . The project involves set to build a greenfield port. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.150000 million. On March 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway. As of September 2022, The West Bengal government approved issuance of letter of intent (LoI) to Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) for the proposed greenfield port.
Arihant & Company’s New Hotel Construction Project
Arihant & Company is planning to take up a new hotel construction project in Patwani Halka No.25, Bicholi, Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves construction of hotel with 52 Nos rooms with banquet 2 Nos. The project is estimated to cost Rs.46.6 million. As of September 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project
