Adani Cementation’s New Berthing Jetty
Adani Cementation is planning to take up new berthing jetty in village Shahbaj and Shahpur, Taluka Alibag, Raigarh, Maharashtra. The project involves setup Berthing Jetty, Conveyor Corridor and Approach Road to cater traffic load of 5 Million MTPA capacity proposed (Greenfield Cement Grinding Unit with Cement Production Capacity of 4.5 Million Metric Tons per Annum (MMTPA) and 0.5 Million Metric Tons per Annum (MMTPA) Fly ash/ Slag Processing Unit) along Amba River. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1720 million. As of January 2023, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Bhavanam Spinning Mills’ New Cotton Yarn Mfg. Project
Bhavanam Spinning Mills is planning to take up a cotton yarn manufacturing project in Vemavaram, Phirangipuram(M), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of cotton yarn with capacity of 8 TPD. The project is estimated to cost Rs.6950 million. As of January 2023, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
