Aaress Iron’s Integrated Steel Plant Project
Aaress Iron and Steel is planning to set up a mini integrated steel plant to manufacture Hot rolled coils and Alloy steel Long products in Karnataka. On June 2015, the project is awaiting clearance from ministry of environment forests. As of November 2022, project involves setting up a steel plant of 3.5 MTPA at Halavathi village in Koppal. AISL has already acquired 1,036.09 acres of land and the remaining 933.01 acres acquisition is under process. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Karnataka government during the Global Investors’ Meet.
Bose Enterprises’ New Readymade Garments Unit
Bose Enterprises is planning to take up a new readymade garments unit in Koorgalli Industrial Area, Mysore, Karnataka. The project involves establishment of readymade garments with 2 acres of land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.165 million. As of November 2022, the company has entered into state government for land allotment process.
