- JK Cement is planning to take up new Nayagaon & Chenpura limestone mine in Nayagaon, Jawad and Chenpura, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves mining of Nayagaon & Chenpura limestone deposit (ml area: 206.354 ha) proposed production capacity 2.502 million TPA ROM (cement grade limestone: 0.876 million TPA & subgrade limestone: 1.626 million TPA), soil/alluvium: 0.048 million TPA, waste: 0.5 million TPA; total excavation: 3.05 million TPA along with 2 x 500 TPH capacity of crusher with screening. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.380 million. As of January 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Shree Cement is planning to take up new Farhatabad limestone mine in Balwad, Tilgul, Kirangi& B. Saradgi, Kalaburagi, Karnataka . The project involves development of Farhatabad limestone mine with limestone production capacity of 6.0 Million TPA, over- burden: 1.21 Million TPA, top soil: 0.14 Million TPA (total excavation: 7.35 Million TPA and ML Area: 1445.83 ha) and installation of 2 x 1200 TPH proposed crusher along with Wobbler. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.6544.7 million. As of January 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Itfaq Cements and Constructions is planning to take up limestone mining project in Village- Daikhan Banjar, Khrew, Tehsil, Pampora, Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. The project involves mining of limestone mine for the production of 60000 TPA of limestone on lease area 4.98 HA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.160 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Ambuja Cements is planning to take up Maldi-Mopar Limestone mine Expansion Project in Villages: Maldi, Mopar, Devrani, Karmandi and Boirdih, Tehsil: Balodabazar, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chattisgarh. The project involves expanding the production capacity from 2 MTPA to 6.30 MTPA (ML Area: 553.656 ha). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.700 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- AAA Resources is planning to take up new Bathiya limestone mine in Bathiya, Barahiya, Karaundi, Chapna and Tamoria villages, Tehsil: Maihar, Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves establishment of new Bathiya limestone mine with total excavation:8.84 MTPA, Limestone: 4.0 MTPA, Waste/reject: 4.43 MTPA Topsoil: 0.41 MTPA and Lease Area: 266.302 ha. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2557.2 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Ambuja Cements is planning to take up Maratha limestone mine expansion project in Villages: Chandur, Lakhmapur, Bakardi, Upparwahi, Pimpalgaon, Sonapur and Thutra Taluka: Korpana and Rajura District: Chandrapur, State: Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of Limestone production capacity from 2.0 Million TPA to 3.5 Million TPA (ROM 4.53 Million TPA including 3.5 million TPA Limestone, 0.97 million TPA waste and 0.06 million TPA top soil) of its Maratha Limestone Mine ML-II (ML Area 880.31 Ha). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1500 million. As of March 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
