- Classone Agro Biotech and Fertilizers is planning to take up new single super phosphate manufacturing unit in Yelavi, Tasgaon, Sangli, Maharashtra. The project involves setting up Single Super Phosphate manufacturing unit with capacity 300 MTPD and GSSP (200 MTPD) fertilizer. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.170.7 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- The Vidarbha Cooperative Marketing Federation is planning to take up new fertilizer manufacturing plant in Marajghat, Umred, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project involves setting up fertilizer manufacturing plant. The project will be manufacturing fertilizers like Single Super Phosphate/Zn SSP/B SSP (1,32,000 TPA)/ Granulated Single Super Phosphate/ Zn GSSP/ B GSSP (1,00,000 TPA) and Mixed Fertilizer i.e., NPK/Phosphate Rich Organic Manure k/a PROM (25,000 TPA). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.550 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative is planning to take up in sulphuric acid expansion project in Paradeep, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha. The project involves set up a sulphuric acid expansion project unit with additional annual
capacity of 6,60,000 M in its existing facility. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.4000 million. On January 2021, State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority has approved the proposal. As of March 2021, the project work has commenced. - Krishana Phoschem is planning to take up NPK Mixture Mfg. Project in Meghnagar, Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of NPK mixture with capacity of 66000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on February 2021. As of June 2021, project involves setting up chemical fertilizer and synthetic organic chemical manufacturing plant with capacity DAP/NPK (Zincated, Boronated Sulphur)/Water Soluble Fertilizer (330000 MTPA), Ammonium Sulphate (20000), Phosphuric Acid- 150000 MTPA; Sulphuric Acid-98% & Allied Product-300000 MTPA; Di Calcium Phosphate- 100000 MTPA; Sulphur Bentonite- 66000 MTPA; Calcium Nitrate- 66000 MTPA; Gypsum Granular- 300000 MTPA; Sulphate of Potash- 19800 MTPA; Nitric Acid- 66000 MTPA Ammonia- 99000 MTPA; Zinc Sulphate- 13200 MTPA; LABSA- 60000 MTPA; Potash from Molasses- 33000 MTPA; City Compost- 66000 MTPA; PROM- 66000 MTPA; Ammonium Sulphate. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5000 million. As of June 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals is planning to take up expansion/amendment of plants in P.O. Fertilizernagar, Vadodara, Gujarat. The project involves expansion of plants in existing GSFC complex, the total production capacity of GSFC Sulphuric Acid (796500 MTPA), Melamine (55000 MTPA), etc. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2598.1 million. As of May 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers is planning to take up new water soluble fertilizer manufacturing unit in Thal, Raigad, Maharashtra. The project involves setting up of new unit for manufacturing of water soluble fertilizer. The mode of implementation of the project is to be finalized As of June 2021, Currently this project is under development stage and the tender has been published.
- Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers is planning to take up new ammonium nitrate melt plant in Trombay, Maravali and Anik, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The project involves setting up ammonium nitrate (AN) melt plant of around 425 MTPD in existing RCF facility. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.885 million. As of June 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative is planning to take up fertilizer plant expansion project in Kalol Unit, P.O. Kasturinagar, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The project involves expanding the fertilizer plant by adding new product Nano Urea with capacity 36500 TPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2250 million. As of July 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
