- Balaji Dairy subsidiary of Mother dairy fruit and Vegetable is planning to take up a dairy plant expansion project in Rajiv Nagar, Avilala Post, Tirupati, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves expanding the product capacity Standardized Milk (120 KLD to 150 KLD), Condensed Milk (from 140 KLD to 320 KLD), Etc. The project is estimated to cost Rs.115 million. As of May 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- The Krishna District Milk Producers Mutually Aided Cooperative Milk Union is planning to take up a new dairy unit in Veeravalli (V), Bapulapadu, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves establishment if Dairy unit production of Milk and Milk Products – 400 KLD and Byproducts (Paneer, Curd) – 160 KLD using 600 KL Milk as raw material. The proponent has acquired about 17.5 acres for the purpose of establishment milk factory. The proposed built up area is 9.87 acres. The project is estimated to cost Rs.582.4 million. As of June 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Bhopal Dugdh Sangh Sahakari Maryadit is planning to take up a Betul dairy plant expansion project in Kosmi Industrial Area, Betul, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves expanding the Betul dairy plant capacity Curd 72 MT/Y, Ghee 24 MT/Y, Lassi 18 MT/Y. The project is estimated to cost Rs.31.558 million. As of January 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Hatsun Agro Product is planning to take up new milk processing unit in Udhiyur, Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu. The project involves setting up a milk processing unit with a capacity of three lakh lpd which is likely to commence the commercial production by the end of June 2021. As of May 2021, pre project activities are going on.
- The Krishna District Milk Producers Mutually Aided Cooperative Milk Union is planning to take up a Milk Products Expansion Project in Vijayawada, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves expanding the milk products Pasteurized Milk (from 6252 KL/month to 12012 KL/month), Skim milk powder (63.3 KL/month to 603.3 KL/Month), Etc. The project is estimated to cost Rs.250 million. As of May 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
- Candid Agro And Dairy is planning to take up milk processing and cold storage project in Sidlakona,, Tumakuru, Karnataka. The project involves setting up of new unit for milk processing, cold storage along with solar power plant. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.201.6 million. On February 2021, State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority has approved the proposal. As of June 2021, the project work has commenced.
- Karnataka Co-Operative Milk Federation is planning to take up new milk processing plant in Ponda, Panaji, Goa. The project involves setting up milk processing and packing dairy plant. The mode of implementation of the project is to be finalized. As of May 2021, Currently this project is under bidding stage and the tender has been published.
- Epicu Beverages is planning to take up dairy & dairy products manufacturing project in Vpo Mohra, Ambala, Haryana. The project involves manufacturing of dairy & dairy products capacity of 18000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on January 2021. As of June 2021, the project is in planning stage.
