New Borosilicate Glass plant to be set up by La Opala RG in Uttarakhand

La Opala RG’s Board of Directors has given their approval for the construction of a new Borosilicate Glass Plant in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand.

The proposed capacity is 25 tonnes per day. The project will cost Rs 70 crore to complete.

As the demand for borosilicate glass grows, this new plant will not only assist in meeting the increased demand for borosilicate glass goods in the domestic and international markets, but it will also provide a competitive advantage to the company due to its low cost of production.

The project is expected to take 24 months to complete.
