The Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority is a government agency responsible for the development and maintenance of infrastructure in the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar area of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In order to improve the quality of life for the residents of the area, the Authority is now taking up a new sewage treatment plant project in Paryawas Bhawan, Sector 19, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. The project involves the establishment of a sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 23.5 MLD. This plant will play a crucial role in improving the quality of the local environment by treating sewage in an environmentally friendly manner, and preventing the discharge of untreated sewage into local waterways. As of February 2023, the Authority has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project, ensuring that all environmental regulations are met.
