The state of Goa plans to establish an MSME Incubation Park at the Verna Industrial Estate.
The Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) and invest India will work together to establish the incubation park.
The installation of an MSME Incubation Park in Verna Industrial Estate and the construction of solid waste management facilities in Industrial Estates were prioritised by the GIDC and Invest India team, according to Minister for Industries Mauvin Godinho.
The collaboration between Invest India and Goa-IDC will undoubtedly improve the ease of doing business in Goa, according to P Pravimal Abhishek, managing director of GIDC.
“We have already started working on several fronts and the State Desk will surely boost the capacity of GIDC to deliver on such reforms,” he said.
As per reports, the desk will have at least three dedicated resources deployed with Goa-IDC who will provide inputs for various policy interventions and projects.
