Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited, the new biscuit production line in Rajpura has begun commercial production with an installed capacity of 12000 tonnes per year as on July 15, 2022.
The Rajura Expansion Project, which includes site development, building and engineering-related work such as construction of preengineered buildings, construction of biscuit buildings, construction of roads, floor finishing, construction of super-structures, roof, doors, rolling shutters and windows, and office furnishings, is what led to the installation of the new production line of biscuits at Rajpura.
The building and civil works of the Rajpura Expansion Project was delayed due to some unavoidable factors including COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain disruptions and other commercial considerations and is now scheduled to be completed by September 30, 2022.
