Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has invited bids from consultants to prepare the feasibility report/DPR for the construction of kusugal to Narendra bypass.
As per the plan, A new Bypass will be constructed for HubbaliDharwad cities by connecting NH-218 and NH-48.
Once the above bypass is constructed, the alignment of the same is such that it completes the full ring road for Hubballi Dharwad. That will reduce a lot of traffic congestion in city limits.
The above bypass with the 6-laned Hubbali Dharwad bypass and Hubbali Semi Ring Road will act as Full Ring Road for Hubballi Dharwad
