The MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) has issued a request for proposals for the development of an automobile depot at Kasheli.
Construction of depot infrastructures, such as the stabling yard depot control centre and administrative building, maintenance and workshop buildings, an auxiliary substation, finishing, plumbing, earthworks for land development, a compound wall, a road approach, a bridge, and underground utility duct works, as well as drainage, rainwater harvesting, staff quarters, etc., are all included in the scope of work.
The project will cost approximately Rs 472.02 crore and take 36 months to complete.
