MFL, a manufacturer of chlor-alkali and its value-added derivatives, has announced that it has reached a deal with Renew Green Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd to establish a wind-solar hybrid power project.
The partnership marks MFL’s debut into the renewable energy industry and demonstrates the company’s consistent commitment to supporting green energy and lowering its carbon impact.
Meghmani Finechem has signed an Energy Subscription Agreement (ESA) and a Share Subscription and Shareholder Agreement (SSSHA) with Renew Green Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd for the construction of an 18.34 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant in Gujarat through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
