Reliance BP Mobility Limited (RBML), which operates under the Jio-bp brand, and The Mahindra Group announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore the creation of electric vehicle products and services, as well as identifying synergies in low-carbon and conventional fuels.
The MoU also entails Jio-bp investigating charging options for Mahindra vehicles, including as electric three- and four-wheelers, quadricycles, and e-SCVs (Small Commercial Vehicles – sub 4 tonne). This would comprise Mahindra Group captive fleets and last-mile mobility vehicles.
