The fourth meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee of the Industries Department, which was presided over by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, authorised investment projects worth Rs 70,000 crore to support industrial development in Vidarbha, Marathwada, Nashik, and Pune. It will generate around 55,000 new jobs.
Maharashtra has a favourable business climate, and the state government has a policy of providing incentives to businesses. The Chief Minister made an appeal to encourage industrial growth favourably on this occasion.
The Chief Minister proposed creating an Industrial Technology Park while considering the unique requirements of enterprises based on cutting-edge technology.
