Lulu group likely to invest Rs 1500 crore in a new mall in Greater Noida

The Lulu Group, which has its corporate headquarters in Abu Dhabi, reportedly plans to invest Rs.1500 crore to construct a mall in Greater Noida in the NCR.

Representatives of the corporation met with the authority and requested that they locate suitable land.

Three new projects in Uttar Pradesh—a Lulu Mall in Varanasi, a Lulu Mall in Prayagraj, and a Lulu Mall in Greater Noida—have received funding commitments totaling Rs.2500 crore from the Lulu Group, which currently runs a mall in Lucknow.

The largest shopping mall in India will be constructed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, according to proposals by the Lulu Group.

The Rs.3,000 crore shopping complex will be an NRI investment, and it will generate 6,000 direct jobs and more than triple the state’s indirect employment.

The last stages of the land acquisition negotiations for this project will see the laying of the massive shopping mall’s foundation stone early in 2023.
