The State Government of Assam has given the Buildings & Factories Division of L&T Construction the go-ahead to design, procure, and build a new medical college and hospital in Golaghat, Assam.
A 430-bed teaching hospital, an academic building with space for 100 students per year, an autopsy building, a private ward, a hostel, and residential facilities are all included in the facility.
The project must be finished in 36 months and in accordance with NMC standards. 9.44 lakh square feet will be constructed up in total.
Piling, civil structure, finishes, and associated MEP services are all included in the scope of work, as well as external development projects including area development work and the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of medical gas pipe.
The Business has also secured an order from a prestigious client to construct commercial office space at Bengaluru with an approximate built-up area of 10 lakh square feet.
