LaxmiNivasam Developers has announced the official launch of Laxmi Logistics Parks across India, beginning with Chittoor, Sadasivpet, and Lucknow. This is the brand’s first foray into warehousing and logistics.
Laxmi Logistics Park will build 6.75 lakh square feet of warehouse space on 30 acres of land. Built with an estimated Rs 150 crore investment, it will create 1200 job opportunities in and around these cities. Furthermore, the company has provided options for investors seeking passive income. It provides an 8-12% monthly rental yield as a return on investment (RoI) on the purchase of 40-square-yard land in the logistics park for Rs 5.24 lakh.
