The board of directors of Krishna Ventures Limited discussed, evaluated, and authorised the expansion proposals.
The board approved Total Capex‘s plans to build its HVAC and Sheet Metal Plant in Ecotech XII, Greater Noida, which is expected to start commercial production in the third quarter of 2022. The first phase is expected to cost Rs. 10 crore, and it will be partially funded by internal resources and debt.
The Company had entered a tender for Turret Pneumatic Equipment from Ordinance Factory Medak in Hyderabad and had technically qualified as the lowest financial bidder.
