Kazam is the first IoT-enabled charging station startup in the country. It has announced a collaboration with BSES to develop electric vehicle charging stations in Delhi, the country’s capital.
The agreement is reported to be the country’s first-of-its-kind procurement for establishing an electric charging station network.
This collaboration is in accordance with the Government of the National City Territory of Delhi’s introduction of the Delhi Electric Vehicle Policy on August 7, 2020, which aims to boost the use of electric vehicles in the capital and make Delhi the EV Capital of India.
